This is my experience. I joined a blogging website called “Virily”. I joined because I saw writers there
that I knew and it seemed to be legit. I am no spring chicken so I have my issues with memory and
such, but I do love to write. I write from my heart.
It was hard to get started because they don’t really explain the rules. They don’t tell you upfront how
many words you need for what kind of post. They just reject it and when you asked why they say
add more text. It’s a complete shot in the dark.
The site management is based outside the US and I understand they have little staff according
to other participants.
I had work done on my computer on the passwords I had saved “poof” gone. I tried resetting my
password. That didn’t work. Then it said on the screen, log in with facebook. Great, I did that
and bam it created a whole new account. That was not my intention. So I immediately logged
out and reported my “I am a dumb old lady mistake.” I received no response.
So maybe it can take some time to sort it out. Perhaps even a whole day. It has been 3 days
and lots of pleas in email in their support chat. I know they were working because they
approved some of my posts that were in pending. Clearly they don’t want to speak with me.
They way they pay their writers is based on participation,so every I am not on the site I believe
my few pennies are dwindling. I am posting my chat here (spelling mistakes and all) Why, because
I need help.

Oh my goodness! I got a new computer and tried to link my facebook to my account and it
created a whole new account. I need my password changed on my account because it was
saved in the other computer it won't let me do it. Can you me delete the other account
and change my password?

As you can tell I am really still quite upset. It seems like resetting my
password could be a simple thing, but I keep checking my email and nothing
is here. Please help me reset my password and fix the problem I created

Okay let me try this again. The emails are not coming to reset my password. Can you just assign
me a password so I can reset it - please.New password sent. Please check your mailbox.

It's 4:22 am where I am, I still cannot get in and have no response from you and no emails. I put
my heart and soul into my writing and at the very least I would appreciate a response with
some direction.Please at least answer- I worked hard enough here to deserve a response.

Here are all the ideas I can think of. When I tried to link my facebook another account was created.
I have not used that account because that would be wrong. However, you could combine the
accounts as one and keep all my posts. Clearly Trenna -Sue and Trenna Sue Hiler are the same
person. Me. You can set the password yourself, sent it to me in chat and then I can change it.
At the very least you could respond with some kind of solution that works for you.
