Mr. Trump,

I am starting early today so perhaps I can get some things done besides worry about the chaos. It is chaos and you are stirring the pot. It is hard to see the great things when you must bring up the other things. You tweeted about the transgender before it was so, you indicated that congress should have to deal with health care like us, great idea, but not reality, and so it goes on and on.

I am praying that today you don't insult anyone and if you tweet, you tweet responsibly. I truly believe that if things keep going the way they are Mike Pence should give it a try. In fact, at this point I don't know if any less legislation would be happening if Hillary were there. 


Let Anthony Scaramucci return to Wall Street. Treat people with respect,

Things Have Changed

Dear President Trump,

This is a very tough day for me. When I began this project I believed or was at least hopeful that I would be pleased with all the great things your administration would be doing. Instead your administration has turned into a really poor reality show. Since you are the President it's time for you to get real and stop playing games and distract from the real issues. The American people expect better of you.

I want you to understand what I have been taught and how I deal with respect. Respect is a gift. I freely give it to EVERYONE. We are all human and that is enough to deserve respect. Actions determine if people want the gift or if they don't appreciate the respect. Sadly, you have lost my respect, not by one single action, but a series of behaviors.

I write everyday, so it shouldn't be much of a surprise that  I am watching and I care deeply about what is happening in our country. The way you disrespect those you should be working with publicly show a lack of respect and character. You send people out with a message and then switch the message with a tweet.

You talk about witch hunts. Tell people to avoid even the appearance of wrong doing and that solves most of the issues. (Don't have meetings to dig up dirt on people.)

Jeff Sessions is not your personal attorney. Jeff Sessions is here for the country. His job is to keep order for all of us, not just you, your family and those on your payroll.Please stop treating him like you own him. You made a good choice by appointing him. Get out of his way, support him and show  some loyalty.

The most recent LEAKER, Anthony Scaramucci, must be fired. He called a reporter and spouted off before he was in a week. What he did was LEAK and in a very vulgar manner. You get zero respect from me until he is gone. If this is whom you trust to "direct communications" there is nothing good to say to the Americans who elected you or even to those who didn't elect you, but are supporting you as president.

The wall you "have built" is a huge one and it stands between you and the people who were really trying to respect and support you. Anything I write now will have the same sign off.

Let Anthony Scaramucci return to Wall Street. Treat people with respect,

It would appear that you made a very poor choice for a Communication Director. Please get rid of Anthony Scaramucci TODAY! Be respectful. Be swift. Be accurate. Show the people who put you in office that you want quality people in your staff.

It was bad enough that Anthony Scaramucci went to the press on a rampage. He then tweeted it and blamed it on the reporter. Anthony Scaramucci is a LEAKER. If he is not fired we should all start marching for the other side.

What an Amazing Man

Tonight I watched the short interview with Jeff Sessions from El Salvador. I cannot say enough good things about the way he handled the situation. You owe this man a debt of gratitude. Man-up and treat the man with the same respect that he holds for you. Please, this time,  be a great example for my grandsons and give the man the respect he deserves.

Have a Little Decorum

Dear President Trump,

I am not sure if you are familiar with the word decorum. It means "behavior in keeping with good taste and propriety". Your tweets about Jeff Sessions today were in bad taste. Have it out privately and then do whatever you need to do.

Some things to remember
1. Loyalty means everything to you until things don't go perfectly your way.
2. Getting another person approved and in place could be very difficult. 
3. You cannot expect your family to be protected when they make poor decisions
4. The Forgotten Americans really don't want your presidency to be a reality show. Let's be professional instead of sensational and obtuse. It feels like a reality show, not like you are representing America, at least not today.

I think we have to give some props to Chuck Schumer! I am shocked, and I believe in giving credit where credit is due.  He actually said

“When you lose to somebody who has a 40 percent popularity, you don’t blame other things—Comey, Russia—you blame yourself,” Schumer told the Washington Post. “So what did we do wrong? People didn’t know what we stood for, just that we were against Trump. And still believe that.”

It is about time that the party stands up and admits that Hillary lost in part, because there was a lack of messaging.

Now if that could translate into resisting everything is simply not doing what you have been elected for is wrong, we could make some progress. Hating you is not enough.

Dear President Trump,

It's been interesting watching the Sunday News programs. It had left me pondering my views and other citizens that have no real representation in Washington.

I saw a clip where Anthony Scaramucci said he and the President understood the issues of the middle class and lower middle class. I don't really think so. The issues of the working poor have not been addressed. There is not affordable health care. There is not a tax break.  There is really nothing for them to hold on to. They can cheer at rallies and hope for the best, but there is no legislation geared to help "them". Honestly if anyone in government understood, they would respond, if only to "look good."

I take the time to reach out daily. I even tweet because that seems to be the way the President likes to communicate or distract. Wonder if the new communication director will notice. Not likely. However, if anyone takes the time they can see the validity of my views.

I believe Sean Spicer may an excellent choice to resign and move forward. President Trump undermined him with his boisterous tweets.

I have to admit, I saw the headline and laughed. Never has it been more clear that congress is nothing but a big kindergarten class of self inflated bullies. (oops, I came very close to name calling ~ I mean in general). It sounds like you can't go to recess unless you get something done. The problem is they can stay all year and not get anything done and there is no one who can make them.

It's the only job where you can pay to get the job, earn money and do nothing, be wined and dined by lobbyist. It is a pretty rad gig. And that's the point. It is just a gig, a show at this point.

I don't think it matters if they go to recess or not. They won't get anything done. The Republicans cannot even agree - I officially give up.

We don't have anyone else to believe in.  Our representatives prove over and over that their pockets need to be filled and those doing the filling get what they want. You won't "own" Obamacare - well you already do, you took the oath of President. It seems more and more that we shouldn't even bother with swearing people in, it doesn't seem to mean anything.

We depend on no one but ourselves.

Trump You Can't Be On Both Sides

An honest man simply can not be on both sides of an issue. Integrity is completely lost in your current administration. The problem is not the people in your administration, the problem is YOU. You and your lack of "good" leadership is to blame.

You have called out the New York times continually for being fake news and a failing newspaper. Then you sit down with them for an interview. I am so disappointed about how you handled the Jeff Sessions nonissue.

As a person of integrity Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation to avoid even the appearance of evil and collusion, in part to protect you. I see you fiercely attack everyone but your own family.

I think Jeff Sessions should resign with a big F-you. He can do a great job, but why would he want to put up with you. I think your son and son-in-law should immediate be FIRED, for not coming clean with their meeting information back when you asked who met with Russia. They didn't disclose the information. If we believe you, they even hid it from you. You fired others for the same thing.

President Trump, I fear you have become the "King" of the swamp and you are filling it up with your family.

It is a very sad and bleak day for our nation.

Just Get It Together

Fed up, tired, frustrated, worn out and disappointed. The Republicans have all the power and they will do "nothing". Notice I am not using the words "can do". I am carefully saying they "will do" nothing. They have the numbers, but they refuse to pass anything.

I see advertisements to call your representatives. The truth is the "forgotten Americans", have no representation. Congress works only for the wealth and interests of the congressmen. If that was not the case, something would have been done by now.

Clearly the swamp is not drained. It is business as usual. Their business is clearly doing only what benefits their personal agenda. Hopeless. That is where we are at. Why can't they just get it together?

Neither Donald Jr or Hillary will admit to mistakes when asked the first time. They hold out hoping that no one will find out what they have done. That was pretty clear when you called out and asked if any of your campaign had met with people from Russia and your son and son-in-law didn't step up. Hillary doesn't set up either. It would seem that not much has really changed. Birds of a feather flock together.

On a personal level I find it refreshing when a parent can say "My child made a poor decision and I love him anyway. That is what parents do." I think that would be far better than anything you are saying in defense of your son. I would have actually respected a statement like that.

As much as it pains me, I am still here.

For years, even as a "civilian," I listened as Republicans pushed the Repeal and Replace of ObamaCare. Now they finally have their chance!

I am not sure about you, but I am beginning to believe that health insurance that people can afford, not just rich people, is nothing but a pipe dream. No one will budge. There is no reason for the rich to need change and all those who legislate are rich. It's not the party line it is with their bottom line there is no need, you don't need it either.

So like many times before, maybe it is time to say "It is what it is". Perhaps it is time to stop watching the news, stop writing letters to people who are suppose to represent me, walk away from society and disappear from existence. It is certainly something to consider. Feeling "bleak".

G20 Summit

So you are at the summit and hopefully doing great things. The sad thing is the riots and the fact that the Mayor of New York City  chose to go and be a part of that. He should have stayed home and help the city mourn the fallen officer.

I wish the whole thing would have gone off with no mention of fake news, but that seems to be your mantra. So maybe we could try a substitution trick. Every time you are tempted to say "fake news" say "Make America Great".

It would be great if we could move forward and talk about other things.

Stop the attack and fake news and get on with business. If you have attack something or someone, make it someone who is not helping to get the legislation passed. You made a lot of promises that are not being kept because you can not seem to get on board with congress. We don't care about fake news, we care about results and legislation. So I read this and it could be interpreted so many ways. 

1. We are done with you China.

2. China, you mislead us.

3. China, I thought we had a deal.

If you had to comment maybe this could have been an alternative. Bad news ~  Trade between China and North Korea grew almost 40% in the first quarter.   Something needs to change.

I am trying so hard to support you, and you are making it so difficult.  It is not appropriate to call people names. Let me repeat this because you don't seem to get it. "It is not appropriate to call people names."

You have an 11 year old son. The example of name calling that insist on doing is bad parenting, an embarrassment to the American citizens, and simply unacceptable.

I believe if you choose keep acting like a bully that didn't learn the simple lessons that most people learn in kindergarten,  you will become your own worst enemy and lose your presidency. You are building the fire and then tossing gas on it. Tweet like a responsible adult rather than a five year old bully.

It would be so easy to turn the tide. There are many good things that are happening. If you would step away from the unnecessary and focus on all the great things, you would be MORE successful.

Let's take a look at your twitter feed today.

1. You encourage the Senate to do their job. (Great)
2. Sending help to Chicago (Good)
3. Morning Joe (Unnecessary)
4. President Moon (Good)
5. North Korea (Necessary)
6. Space Council (Great)

So why is the twitter thing so important. Five out of the six items actually helped the American public celebrate success. Had you left it at five, it would have been a great day of responsible tweeting. However, you had to take a jab at someone, why? Why do you give your enemy the ammunition?

Do yourself a favor and tweet responsibly.
