I cannot believe you stooped this low. This is horrible mean gossip that should not be repeated by anyone, especially not someone who is suppose to be acting like the President of a great country. I am angry. I am outraged. I am most of all disappointed.

I must say, once again, you need me to read these BEFORE you make an ass of yourself and tweet. APOLOGIZE AND  BEG FOR FORGIVENESS!

Democrats purposely misstated Medicaid under new Senate bill - actually goes up.

I skipped the graphic, but others can follow the link and see it. My question to you is which Democrats are you referring to and what proof do you have that they purposely misstated  the information? These kind of inflammatory statements by both sides does the American Public a complete disservice.

I would like to remind you of a word today. You may have forgotten how important and valuable the word is. The word is "synergize" and the definition is to cooperate with another or others, esp. to remedy something.

Perhaps this could be your new theme. Let's synergize and do what needs to be done. It is time to just get down to it and work together. 

I know there is a holiday coming. I get "one day" off for the holiday. Maybe it is time for the representatives who serve to have hours and vacations like real working people.

Birthday Thoughts

Today is my birthday and that often gives me a time to reflect. You have been President for 157 days and still some say you are "not my president". As I have said before, you are their president until you are out of office or until they denounce their citizenship and leave. It is a simple fact. No matter how many times they "#NMP" it doesn't change reality.

In those 157 days there have some very good days. Most of them were when your twitter account was less busy and the great things happening spoke for themselves.

I think in those 157 days, I have been fairly accurate and fair with my comments. Someday, someone will say "I wonder why no one listened to Trenna." I will probably be long gone, but one day someone will take the time.

Today you were pleased with the preliminary decision the Supreme Court which gave some of your executive order a "yes". While the issue is not completed decided, it did flop back in your direction, at least for a time.

I don't think HealthCare will pass the Senate and I do believe they will take their whole month off and vacation.

Those are my thoughts to day.

Not a fan of the Rally

Dear President Trump,

As you may know I am not a big fan of the "rally". I think perhaps running for office shouldn't take up so much of our time and tax dollar monies. (I know all of the monies are not tax dollars, but more than I make in two years are spent on one event. There's a reality check for you.)

Another reason is that you often speak in generalities and those are not facts, so people can pick your speech to death. Let me share a couple of examples. Do you know the actual number of MS-13 gang members that have been deported since you have been in office? Sweeping terms like thousands are not correct. People fact check. Does your speech writer check or are you just off the cuff? Because now you are the President of the United States and with that comes the responsibility to be accurate and factual. Since Iowa is a state that uses wind energy, it may have been a good idea to leave the somewhat sarcastic remarks about wind energy out.

This may seem like knitpicking, however, as President you are held to a higher expectation. It comes with the job.

If don't have anything accurate to say, don't say anything at all!

In context, he was telling the citizens that there was no reason to be alarmed BECAUSE of the larger police presence. That is much different than taking out a phrase and tweeting it. His intention was they should feel protected by the larger police presence.

Okay, I am not understanding the reaction to Comey’s testimony. On one hand he is a cowardly leaker and can not be trusted. On the other hand people say his testimony clearly says there was no collusion. Can you pick and choose what you believe from his testimony? I would assume that he didn’t care if everyone who reported to him leaked information. He did not have the guts to do it himself. He had to have a friend do it. Did he pay his friend to do it? Is he still leaking? Can we now assume that when someone says “unnamed source” you can insert Cowardly Comey? Who else needs to be removed from the FBI?

I have something I want you to think about. It is crystal clear to me the narrative needs to change. You have the power and perhaps the responsibility to make that change.

For a simple two weeks I would like you to personally commit to changing the narrative.  For just two weeks use proactive tweets that have NO negative mention of your personal enemies (including fake news).

Simply report the great things that are being done or are getting worked on. As a Forgotten American all I hear is "poor picked on me", instead of here are the things we are doing for "you".

Here are some exmples.
 "Today we are reaching out to Republicans in the Senate to produce a healthcare bill."

"Today let's turn hope into actions and do something that helps our neighbor."

"Today we are encouraging all Americans to thank a military family for the service they are or have offered."

"Today we all should reach across a party line and give someone a handshake."

I need some "crystal clear", lets get back on track tweets. For two weeks if you can't say something nice - don't bother to tweet.

Other than hating Fake News, is there anything else to talk about? Today I feel powerless. I think extreme things happen and people feel powerless over their own future.

I am not certain who Congress is representing, but it’s not me. Today I am asking for your advice. How can “we” be represented. I have tried letters, phone calls, tweets, town halls and have had no results. People from outside my district got more attention than me.

How can the Forgotten American be represented when big money is how you get the Congress’s attention? With the money we have we are trying to decide to pay the power bill, water bill and house payment or buy some groceries. We work every day and get our little pay check.

You had power to fire Comey. I am not certain details of why you felt now was the time. I had concerns about how he handled things and didn’t understand why you allowed him to stay so long.

With that being said, I think calling the man may have been better than just sending the courier.  It seems a little cold and impersonal. Perhaps that was your point.

Anyway, here’s my suggestion. Next time you fire someone, give them a personal call and then follow it with a written notice through US mail. Much cheaper for us taxpayers and much less drama for you.

I think it is time for someone to check on Nancy Pelosi. I don't she is mentally fit to hold office. She doesn't know who the current President is. She can't be certain which President she is praying for.

Here is a recent little snippet.

"Speaking with reporters, Pelosi invoked Fox News as she recalled a man who was jailed years ago for threats against her. “His mother said, `He just watches too much Fox TV.’ That’s what she said,” Pelosi said. She added that the “crude and disgusting” things she hears come “from the outside.”
